| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对缓解新生儿足跟采血疼痛的效果。方法:将我院2009年5月~2010年10月出生的400例新生儿随机分为抚触诱导性干预组(A组)、体位干预组(B组)、非营养性吸吮组(C组)与对照组(D组)各100例进行足跟采血,采用新生儿疼痛评分表进行疼痛评分。结果:非营养性吸吮组(C组)、抚触诱导性干预组(A组)与对照组(D组)分别进行疼痛评分比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;体位干预组(B组)与对照组(D组)比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:适当的护理干预措施能有效减轻新生儿足跟采血所致的疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing intervention to relieve the pain of newborn caused by blood collection from heel.Methods： 400 newborns（05/2009-10/2010） were divided into 4 groups,which was induction touch experiment group（A group）,body position experiment group（B group）,non-nutritive suck group（C group） and compare group（D group）.Do blood collection from heel on the 4 groups and use the NIPS to evaluate the pain degree.Results： Comparing the pain degree evaluation results of the non-nutritive suck group（C group）,induction touch experiment group（A group） and compare group（D group）,P0.05,which has statistical significance;comparing the pain degree evaluation results of the body position experiment group（B group） and compare group（D group）,P0.05,which has no statistical significance.Conclusion： Appropriate nursing intervention can effectively relieve pain of newborn caused by blood collection from heel. |
