姑息护理对晚期肺癌患者心理状况的影响

目的:探讨姑息护理对晚期肺癌患者心理状况的影响。方法:将80例晚期肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,入组前分别填写症状自评量表(SCL-90)以测评患者心理健康水平;入组后对照组予肺癌常规护理干预,观察组则在常规护理基础上行姑息护理干预。护理干预2周后,以同样方式发放症状自评量表和满意度调查表,对两组患者再次进行评定。结果:入组前两组患者SCL-90因子分均高于国内常模;护理干预2周后,观察组SCL-90因子分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总均分、阳性症状总数及均分低于干预前(P<0.01),差别有显著性意义。结论:姑息护理能够有效改善晚期肺癌患者的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状况。

Influence of palliative care on the psychologic status of patients with late lung cancer

Objective：To discuss the influence of palliative care on the psychologic status of patients with late lung cancer.Methods：80 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All the paitents were tested the psychological health level by SCL-90 before in group.The patients in control group were given usual nursing,while observation group were given palliative care based on usual nursing.After intervention two weeks,to evaluate the SCL-90 and satisfaction for two groups.Results：The factors of SCL-90 before in group of all patients were higher than normal group.After nursing intervention two weeks,the factors of SCL-90 in observation group was lower than in control group（P0.01）,and the total score,positive symptom and average score in observation were lower than before intervention（P0.01）.Conclusion：Palliative care could improve the bad psychologic status（somatization,compulsion,anxiety,depression,et al） of late lung cancer patients.
