| 摘 要： | 颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(OPLL)是一种原因未明的病理现象,表现为颈椎后纵韧带内异位骨的形成,骨化发展到一定阶段会造成严重脊髓损害,并且短时间内会出现四肢瘫痪。我科自2008年9月~2010年9月采用一期前后联合手术减压融合内固定治疗严重颈椎后纵韧带骨化症30例,效果良好,通过对这些病人的护理,我们认为,术前加强心理护理,充分术前评估,严密观察术后病情变化,加强基础护理和专科护理,积极预防并发症,加之及时康复指导是颈椎后纵韧带骨化症病人顺利康复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament（OPLL） is a kind of pathology phenomenon with unknown reason,which is manifested with the formation of heterotopic bone in posterior longitudinal ligament and may be resulted to severity spinal cord injury or quadriplegia in a short time.Totally 30 patients with severe OPLL operated by posterior-anterior approach surgical treatments from September in 2008 to September in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Everyone of them had a well therapeutic effect.We find out that reinforced mental nursing,suffice preoperative evaluation,exactituded observation with postoperative pathogenetic conditions,reinforced fundament and special nursing,positive prevention of complications and prompt rehabilitation guidances are the important guaranty to gain a well therapeutic effect in patients with ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament. |
