门诊人乳头瘤病毒阳性患者初诊心理状况分析与护理对策

目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒阳性患者初诊的心理状况,并采取护理对策。方法:应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对就诊于我院妇产科门诊行宫颈病变普查做人乳头瘤病毒检测和阴道镜病理活检的100例患者进行问卷调查。将其按检测结果进行分组,确诊为人乳头瘤病毒感染和宫颈上皮内瘤变一期以下的患者为观察组(n=50),检测人乳头瘤病毒阴性的患者为对照组(n=50)。结果:观察组患者的焦虑值和抑郁值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并有93%的患者表示需要医务工作者帮助,了解相关知识和心理咨询。结论:门诊人乳头瘤病毒阳性患者存在一定的心理问题,在治疗的同时应重视心理问题及采用相应的护理技巧。

Analysis the psychological state and nursing strategy of newly diagnosed HPV positive outpatients

Objective：To analyze the mental state and nursing strategy of newly diagnosed HPV positive outpatients.Methods： Use SAS and SDS to perform a survey in 100 outpatients of the gynecology department of our hospital who have taken HPV test during cervical pathological changes test or who have taken vagina endoscopic pathological biopsy.The 100 patients were divided into observation group with positive and control group with negative,50 patients in each group.Results： The anxiety value and depression value in observation group were significantly higher than in control group（P0.01）,and approximately 93% patients want assistance from doctors and nurses,and want to acquire related knowledge and psychological counseling.Conclusions： HPV positive patients have certain mental health problems,and psychological problems need to be paid attention and treated using corresponding nursing skill during physical treatment.
