1126名副高职以上职称教师健康体检分析

目的:了解副高职以上职称教师的健康状况,为慢性病的早期发现、早期预防、早期诊断和综合治疗提供依据。方法:对深圳市四所学院共1 126例45～60岁副高职以上职称教师进行健康体检。检查空腹血糖、血脂四项;肝、胆、脾、肾彩色B超检查;测量身高、体重、血压等。结果:本次体检超体重人数达430例,肥胖人数为77例。高血压占15.2%,糖尿病占5.4%,高脂血症占18.3%,脂肪肝占43.8%,胆结石占17.3%。结论:年龄、超重和肥胖与高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等密切相关,通过健康体检筛查可尽早对慢性病患者进行干预和治疗,减少并发症的发生和发展。大学教师的慢性病患病率较高,身体状况不容乐观,应积极加强自身保健,减少疾病的发生。

Analysis the results of teachers of physical examination for 1 126 teacher with associate professorship

Objective： To understand the health status of teachers,associate professors,for the early detection of chronic disease,early prevention,early diagnosis and comprehensive therapy.Methods： A total of four schools in Shenzhen,1126 45 to 60-year-old sci teachers healthy.Check fasting blood glucose,blood lipid four;liver,gallbladder,spleen,kidney ultrasound color B;measuring height,weight,blood pressure and so on.Results： The number of examination 430 overweight,obesity,number 77.15.2% hypertension,diabetes accounted for 5.4%,18.3% hyperlipidemia,fatty liver 43.8%,17.3% of gallstones.Conclusion： Age,overweight and obesity with hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and other closely related screening through physical examination on patients with chronic diseases may be an early intervention and treatment,reduce complications and development.University teachers higher prevalence of chronic diseases,physical condition is not optimistic,we should actively strengthen their own health and reduce the incidence of the disease.
