交互式教学法在《外科护理学》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨在《外科护理学》教学中应用交互式教学的方法与效果。方法:随机选取两个班,分别作为实验班和对照班,对照班采取传统的课堂教学法,实验班应用交互式教学法,课程结束后对学生进行问卷调查及闭卷知识考试。结果:实验班对《外科护理学》课程评价及平均成绩、主观题成绩明显高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论:交互式教学法应用于《外科护理学》教学中,有利于提高学生兴趣,促进师生间良好沟通,培养学生临床思维、创新意识和分析解决问题的能力,提高课堂知识吸收率。

Abstract:To figure out the method and effection in surgical nursing teaching by using interactive teaching method. Methods:Select two classes and randomly divided into experimental class and control class, the contrbl class use traditional classroom teaching method and the experimental class use interactive teaching rhethod, and then carry out'questionnaire survey and closed book examination after courses. , Results:The courses evaluation, the average results and subjective question results of experimental class are clearly higher than the control class ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Using interactive teaching method in surgical nursing teaching do benefit in increasing students' s interesting, promoting well communication between teachercs and students, training students' s clinilal thinking, innovation and training the capacity of analysis and slove problem, also increase knowledge absorption rate.
