护理实习生艾滋病职业防护知识调查及策略的研究

目的:了解各地护理实习生对艾滋病职业防护知信行并对职业防护策略提出相应的建议,有利于提高护生职业暴露防护的安全意识,减少感染的发生,同时对艾滋病防治都有着重大意义。方法:对广东省珠江三角洲地区多所不同等级医院的239名护理实习生进行艾滋病职业防护知信行进行调查。结果:护理实习生对艾滋病职业防护知识的了解不够全面,只有33.1%护生答对了职业暴露后采取最佳的预防性用药时间,40.6%护生知道采用预防性用药继续观察时间。护理实习生中艾滋病职业暴露现象普遍存在,工作中被注射器针头、缝合针、安瓿玻璃或不当的操作造成皮肤刺伤或划伤经常发生占9.6%,偶尔发生高达72.8%,被病人的呕吐物或血液溅到脸上或眼睛里经常发生占2.1%,偶尔发生占25.9%。护理实习生对于AIDS病人的接纳度较低,对待AIDS病人存在一定歧视。结论:增强护理实习生艾滋病职业防护意识,严格规范护理实习生各项操作规程,加强护理实习生对艾滋病防护的职业修养。

Investigation and research of the knowledge-attitude and practice of nursing student on AIDS occupational protection and its countermeasures

Objective： To know about the knowledge,attitude,behavior and practice of nursing students in all parts toward acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） occupational protection,so as to put forward relevant strategies.It enhances the safety of occupational exposure,reduces the occurrence of infection and does good to AIDS prevention.Methods： A total of 239 nursing students from different levels of hospitals in the Pearl River Delta were investigated by the questionnaires about the knowledge,attitude,behavior and practice of the AIDS occupational prevention.Results： Nursing students have imcomplete knowledge of AIDS occupational prevention.Only 33.1% nursing students know the best time to take the preventive medicine after exposure,and 40.6% know the time of continuous observation by taking preventive medicine.It is common among the nursing students that they are exposed to the AIDS.9.6% nursing students usually was hurt or scratched by syringe needles,suture needles,ampoules glass and taking improper operations while 72.8% occasional.It often occurred in 2.1% by the patient vomit or blood spray to the face or eyes and 25.9% occasionally happened.Nursing students have a low acceptance for AIDS patients and a somehow discrimination towards them.Conclusion： Enhance the AIDS occupational protection awareness,strictly regulate the operating procedures and correct the AIDS profession attitudes toward he Nursing students.
