早期护理干预对脑血管意外并发肺部感染患者的影响

目的:探讨早期护理干预对脑血管意外并发肺部感染患者的影响。方法:对5年来在我院神经内科住院的脑血管意外并发肺部感染的122例患者,通过严格消毒隔离措施、加强口腔护理及有针对性的进行肺部物理治疗,并指导患者进行有效咳嗽、呼吸功能锻炼、心理护理和康复护理等早期护理干预措施进行分析。结果:122例脑血管意外并发肺部感染患者中,治愈113例,好转6例,放弃治疗2例,死亡1例。结论:早期护理干预有效提高脑血管意外患者的生存质量,降低住院患者的死亡率。

The effect of early nursing intervention on patients with cerebrovscular accident complication pulmonary infection

Objective：To explore the influence of the nursing intervention of early nursing intervention on cerebrovascular accident and pulmonary infection patients.Methods：To analyze the measures of the early nursing intervention on 122 patients with cerebrovascular accident and pulmonary infection in department of Neurology in our hospital over the last 5 years.These measures were strict disinfection quarantine measures,mouth care,and the pointed physical therapy on lung,as well as instructing patients to carry out effective coughing,respiratory training,mental nursing and rehabilitation nursing.Results：Among the 122 patients with cerebrovascular accident and pulmonary infection,113 cases were cured,6 satisfied,2 gave up treatment,and 1 death.Conclusion：Early nursing intervention is important for patient with cerebrovascular accident and pulmonary infection.It could improve the quality of life for patient with cerebrovascular accident and decrease the inpatients mortality rate.
