| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石的手术配合及护理经验.方法:回顾性分析26例微创经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石的手术方法.结果:26例患者手术进行顺利,20例一次取石成功,5例二次取石成功,1例中转开腹取石,成功率达96%,平均手术时间55 min,无1例并发症发生.结论:精密仪器的安全操作,娴熟的技能,术中严密观察生命体征变化,随机应变积极主动的配合手术是手术取得成功的必要条件.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the surgery cooperatin and nursing experience of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy to treat renal calculus with holmium laser.Methods： 26 cases of renal calculus treated by mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser were retrospectively analyzed.Result： 26 patients had successful surgery,20 cases of renal calculus were successed to remove by one time,5 cases of renal calculus were successed to remove by two times,1 case was converted to laparotomy,the successful rate was 96%,the average operation time was 55 minutes,there was no complication to happen.Conclusion： Safe operation of sophisticated equipment,skilled operation skills,close observation of vital signs during surgery,and flexible activity with the nice cooperation of surgery were the necessary conditions for successful surgery. |
