| 摘 要： | 女性盆底功能障碍性疾病严重影响中老年妇女的生活质量。近年来提出盆底＂整体理论＂,在盆底功能修复和重建上有了新观念,其中尤以是否保留脱垂的脏器成为争论的焦点。本文简要介绍在盆底重建修复手术中保留器官功能的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Pelvic floor dysfunction seriously affects the quality of life in older women. The ＂Integry Theory＂ was proposed in recent years, and to be the new concept in the pelvic floor repair and reconstruction. The traditional concepts and operations were being challenged, especially in the retention of prolapse organs became the focus of debate. More scholars believe that organ retention in the pelvic floor repair and reconstruction is necessary.This paper introduces the progress of organ retention in the pelvic floor reconstruction |
