实时超声水压灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨实时超声监视下水压灌肠对小儿肠套叠复位的疗效。方法回顾分析X射线透视下空气灌肠复位和超声监视下水压灌肠复位两种不同方法治疗小儿肠套叠,并进行疗效比较分析。结果X射线组33例复位成功,11例失败(其中2例穿孔)。超声组42例复位成功,未出现再次复套、水潴留、水中毒和肠破裂穿孔等并发症,4例复位失败。X射线组复位率75%,超声组复位率91%。结论实时超声水压灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠成功率较高,几乎无并发症。

Abstract:Objective The treatment of hydraulic pressure clysis diaplasis in children indigitation was researched by real-time ultrasound.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the different treatment of hydraulic pressure clysis diaplasis in children indigitation between real-time ultrasound and X-ray.Results 44 Patients were treated by X-ray,thereinto 33 cases were cured,and 11 cases were failed(2 cases were punched).46 patients were treated by real-time ultrasound,thereinto 42 cases were succeeded,and none was found water intoxication,water retention,and intestinal perforation,etc,while 4 cases were failed.The success rate of X-ray group was 75%,and the success rate of real-time ultrasound group was 91%.Conclusion Real-time ultrasound treatment of hydraulic pressure clysis diaplasis in children indigitation is useful and safe in children indigitation treatment.
