高频X射线机——农村公共卫生服务体系的必然选择

摘    要:目的为制定目前农村公共卫生服务体系建设中X线设备的选购政策提供依据。方法论述农村基层医院X射线机装备及运用现状,将高频X射线机和工频X射线机进行对比分析。结果高频X射线机在稳定性、X射线质量、环保性、投照剂量、病人剂量、设备的电源适应能力、智能化程度等方面优于工频X线机;目前,与工频X射线机和DR相比,高频X射线机性价比最高。结论在制定目前农村公共卫生服务体系建设的政策中,高频X射线机应该是政府采购中放射设备的必然选择。

Abstract:Objective To supply basis to institute the policy of X-ray machine goverment procurement in current countryside public health service system. Methods Expounded the current X-ray equipment and situation in basic hospitals and compared high frequence X-ray machine with the power frequency X-ray machine for analyzing their dominance and shortcoming. Results The high frequence X-ray machine was superior to the power frequency X-ray machine in the stability, X-ray radiation quality, preservation of environment,projection dosage, patients absorbed dose,power adaptability of the equipment and the intelligentification degree.Currently, the price-to-performance of the high frequence X-ray machine was the highest comparing with the power frequency X-ray machine and Digital Radiograph. Conclusion The high frequence X-ray machine is the necessarily alternative in goverment procurement of radiological equipment in the policy instituting of the current countryside public health service system.
