踝关节康复器的研制

目的为避免患者踝关节畸形,设计一种踝关节康复器,帮助患者辅助锻炼踝关节。方法踝关节康复器由低速电机、曲柄连杆、控制电路板、电源、控制手柄等构成。低速电机由电路板控制,带动患者的踝关节活动。结果踝关节康复器具有连续工作模式、间歇工作模式、大幅度活动及小幅度活动等多种工作模式,经临床试用,能够更好地满足病人个性化的治疗需求。仪器符合人体工程学原理,可以确保踝关节的有效运动。结论设备结构简单、功能齐全,适合医院和家庭使用。

Development of the Ankle Rehabilitation Device

Objective To avoid the ankle joint deformity in patients,designed an ankle rehabilitation device to help patients to exercise ankle.Methods The device was developed by the low-speed motor,crank and connecting rod,the control circuit board,power supply,control handles,etc..Low-speed motor was controled by the board,and could led ankle＇s movement.Results Made a device with a continuous mode,intermittent mode,a significant event,a variety of work activities,small-amplitude mode,to better meet the needs of patients with personalized treatment.The device can ensure the effective exercise of ankle joint.Conclusion The device is simple-structured,complete-functioned,and is suit to both hospital and home application.
