| 摘 要： | 前文报道从百合科假百合属植物假百合Notholiron hyacinthinum(Wils)Staff的干燥小鳞茎——太白米中分得四个甾体生物碱甙及其甙元(solanidine),用光谱方法已经鉴了其中的三个,即甙Ⅰ为β_1-chaconine,甙Ⅱ为solanidine-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside,甙Ⅲ为太白米甙。本文报道甙Ⅳ的化学结构。

| Abstract: | The structure of the fourth glycosidal stteroidal alkaloid isolated from the bulb of Northoliron hyacinthnum (Wils.) Staff was identified based on MS and 13C-NMR data as solanidine-3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyraneside. It is a new compound, named neohyacinthoside. |
