摘    要:试验表明,当臭氧浓度为0.028mg/L作用60分钟,可将物体表面细菌繁殖体杀灭99.9%以上;臭氧浓度为0.425mg/L作用60分钟时,可将空气中自然菌杀灭90.47%。

Abstract:It was shown in laboratory experiment that the gaseous ozone produced by ozone disinfection box (type JR-90-XB, 88 L in capacity, 6 W, made in China) and ozone generator (type JR-88-M, 15 W, made in China) had good killing effect on bacteria. When contaminated glass was put in the disinfection box (JR-90-XB), the ozone produced at a concentration of 0.028 mg/L could kill 99.9% of Staphylococcus arueus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi and Shigella flexneri on the surface of the glass in 60 min. When the ozone generator (JR-88-M) was used for air disinfection in a room of 42 m~3 in capacity, the natural bacteria in the air could be reduced by 90.47% after the generator ran for 60 min.
