| 摘 要： | 研制的健乐牌洗消片以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主成分,对细菌繁殖体与芽胞有良好杀灭作用。用于餐具消毒,以含500ppm有效氯溶液作用1～2分钟即可。其杀菌作用可被有机物减弱,但所试pH与水质硬度对之无影响。浓度与温度升高,或作用时间延长有利于其杀菌作用。

| Abstract: | The Jian-le germicidal detergent tablet contains sodium dichloroisocyanurate, sodium dodecylsulfate and phosphate. It was indicated in experiment that the germicidal detergent tablet solution containing 200 ppm available chlorine with an 1 rain contact time could kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus completely, while solution containing 750 ppm available chlorine with contact time longer than 25 rain was required for complete kill of Ba- cillus anthracoides spore. The D value of the disinfectant for Bacillus anthracoides spore was measured to be 2.77 min. Increase in temperature could potentiate and presence of organic matter could attenuate its germicidal effect, while pH and hardness of water showed no influ- ence. Good result was obtained when it was used for disinfection of tableware in field trial. |
