| 摘 要： | 活力碘为一碘伏类消毒剂。毒性测定表明,该消毒剂对小鼠的经口LD_(50)为5.03g/kg;其0.16～0.5％溶液对家兔眼无刺激性,5％和10％溶液有轻度刺激性;然而,20％浓度对家兔皮肤无刺激反应。微核试验与致畸试验结果证明,该消毒剂无致突变与致畸作用。

| Abstract: | Houlidian is one of povidone-iodine disinfectants produced in China. Its toxicity was studied in animal experiments. It was found that its oral LD_(50) in mice was 5.03 g/ kg (95% confidence limits was 4.46～ 5.67 g/ kg). Skin patch test with its 5%～20% solution showed no local irritative reactions such as erythema and edema. Eye irritation test indicated that 0.16 ～0.50% solution had mild irritative effect on conjunctiva. Both micronucleus test in mice and teratogenic test in rats were negative. |
