摘    要:对不同工作原理的4种采样器进行空气中细菌采样效果比较。结果表明,安德森采样器对空气细菌的捕获率高,重复性好,并可测定细菌气溶胶粒子的大小,建议作为标准采样器使用。

Abstract:The efficacy of four types of air sampler in sampling bacterial aerosol was compared in laboratory. The samplers compared were Andersen air sampler (made in USA), LCW-1 sampler (slit type, made in China), JWL-1 sampler (centrifugal type, made in China) and MF-45 sampler (millipore membrane type, made in China). The Andersen air sampler collected more bacterial particles than the other three samplers did. The number of bacterial particles collected by the latter three samplers was only 53~76% of that collected by the former. The average count median diameter of the bacterial aerosol measured by the Andersen air sampler was 4.3±1.1 μm.
