摘    要:以陡峭前沿高频沿面放电法产生臭氧,经气水混合器制成臭氧溶液,浓度达0.5~4.0mg/L。试验表明,当浓度为0.23~2.20mg/L时作用1分钟,可杀灭细菌繁殖体、芽胞、真菌和破坏HBsAg。

Abstract:The ozone was produced by ozone solution generator Type XSMT utilizing the technique of high frequency and high voltage current with steep rise of voltage and surface discharge and was dissolved in water to form ozone solution in a mixer. The solution formed contained ozone 0.5~4.0 mg/ L. It was tested for bactericidal efficacy in laboratory. The results showed that the solution containing ozone 0.23 mg/L could kill Escherichia coli completely in 1 min, while for complete kill of Staphylococcus aureus, spore of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces spp. in 1 min, solutions containing ozone 0.26 mg/L, 2.20 mg/L, 1.5 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L were required respectively. The solution containing ozone 4.0 mg/L could also destroy HBsAg in serum of patient after contact for 1 min. When it was used to disinfect the pipeline and containers in soft beverage factory, all solutions at concentrations ranged 1.0~1.5 mg/L with a 1 min contact time could fulfil disinfection requirements.
