| 摘 要： | 在实验室条件下观察了以异丙醇和洗必泰为主配制的手消毒剂的杀菌作用及毒性,结果表明,该消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,作用1分钟对大肠杆菌和白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率可达99.9％以上,有机物对消毒效果的影响轻微,对皮肤及眼睛无刺激和腐蚀作用。

| Abstract: | A hand disinfection solution was prepared mainly from chlorhexidine (0.5%) and isopropanol (70%). It was used in laboratory to disinfect hands artificially contaminated by Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus albus. The results indicated that more than 99.9% of the two kinds of bacteria on the hands could be killed in half to one minute after scrubbing with the solution, and a killing rate of higher than 99.99% could be obtained 2 min after scrubbing or 1 min after scrubbing twice with 1 min apart. 10～20% serum could reduce the germicidal efficacy slightly. The disinfection solution has no irritative or corrosive effect on skin and eye. |
