手术切开复位钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨手术切开复位钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2004年6月至2008年6月采用切开复位、坚强固定和早期功能锻炼法治疗的跟骨骨折患者28例(33足),其中男24例,女4例。按Sanders分型:Ⅱ型12足,Ⅲ型15足,Ⅳ型6足。伤后X线片显示Bohler角为12°～15°,通过手术将后跟距关节面解剖复位,恢复Bohler角。结果患者术后常规摄跟骨侧轴位X线片示Bohler角恢复正常范围29足。所有病例随访9～20个月,平均15个月,按Maryland足部评分系统评估术后功能,优15足,良14足,可4足,优良率为87.9%。结论手术切开复位钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效满意。

Surgical Open Reduction anti Plate Fixation for the Treatment of Calcaneal Fractures Observed

Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of open reduction and plate fixation of the clinical efficacy of calcaneal fractures.Methods Select our hospital from June 2004 to June 2008 using open reduction,strong fixation and early functional exercise method treated 28 patients with calcaneal fractures（33 feet）,24 cases were male and 4 female; aged 15 - 60 years,mean 31 years old.According to Sanders classification：Ⅱ 12-foot,Ⅲ in 15 feet,Ⅳ type 6 feet.X-ray film after injury,Bohler angle 12 °- 15 °,will be followed by surgery from the articular surface anatomical reduction,recovery Bohler angle. Results Conventiomd photo postoperative lateral calcaneal axial X-ray film showed normal range of Bnhler angle,29 feet. All patients were tollowed up for 9 - 20 months,an average of 15 months,according to Maryland foot seore system to assess postoperative funcfion,excellent 15 foot,good in 14 feet,can be 4 feet,a good rate of 87.9%. Conclusion The surgical treatment of open reduction amt plate fixation of calcaneal fractures with satisfaction.
