白消安诱导小鼠无精子症模型

摘    要:目的 采用白消安诱导建立小鼠无精子症模型。方法 采用腹腔内单次注射白消安(40mg/kg),对白消安的毒性、模型的形态学变化,小鼠的生育能力以及免疫功能进行了观察。结果 白消安单次注射可造成半数的小鼠死亡,用药后4周,睾丸曲细精管呈唯支持细胞样表现,3个月有20%的曲细精管恢复生精,存活小鼠中半数小鼠的生育力正常,模型小鼠的免疫学功能正常。结论 该小鼠无精症模型用作生精干细胞移植的受体模型是可行的。

Abstract:Objectives Using Busulfan to establish a model of azoospermia in mice. Methods Busulfan (40mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally. The mortality and toxicity of the drug,the morphological changes of testis,fertility and immune function following busulfan treatment were studied. Results The dosage resulted in over half death in the mice, the testes of survived mice showed only-sertoli cells seminiferous tubules after 4 weeks with normal immune function, half of the survived mice had normal fertility and 20% seminiferous tubules recovered spermatogenesis in 3 months. Conclusions The model can be used as recipient in germ cell transplant.
