临床实习护生心理弹性与人际关系的相关性研究

摘    要:[目的]了解临床实习护生心理弹性与人际关系的现状及两者之间的关系,为护生实习前提供心理指导的依据.[方法]应用成人心理弹性量表(RSA)、人际关系综合诊断量表对290名实习护生进行调查,分析实习护生的心理弹性、人际关系的特点及二者之间的相关性.[结果]实习护生的心理弹性总体水平较高,且在性别、年级方面存在差异(P<0.05);实习护生人际关系情况普遍较好(6.24分±4.15分),独生子女的护生异性交往维度得分明显低于非独生子女(P<0.05),是否担任干部交际交友得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄与交谈能力呈正相关(P<0.05);实习护生心理弹性整体水平与人际关系整体水平呈负相关(P<0.01),人际关系4个维度能较好预测自我效能、组织风格、社交能力、家庭凝聚力、社会资源及心理弹性总分,解释率分别为17.7%、20.6%、24.8%、19.3%、23.4%、36.1%.[结论]实习护生良好的人际关系能够反映自身所具有的较高水平的心理弹性,在教学过程中及实习前应多注意培养护生良好的人际关系.

Abstract:Objective:To know about the status quo of psychological resili- ence and relationships of clinical nursing students and relationship between them, so as to provide psychological guidance evidences for nursing students before internship. Methods: A total of 290 nursing students were investigated by using adult psychological resilience scale (RSA) and inter- personal comprehensive diagnosis scale, then to analyze the psychological rebilience and interpersonal characteristics of student nurses and the corre- lation between them. Results:The overall level of psychological resilience of nursing students was higher, and it was different in different genders and grades (P~0.05) ~interpersonal situation of nursing students was general- ly good (6.24~4. 15 points), heterosexual intercourse dimension of child nursing students was significantly lower than that of non - child nursing students (P~ 0. 05), and there was statistically significant difference in communicative personals score between leader or not (P~0.05), age was positively correlated with ability to converse (P〈0.05) the overall level of psychological resilience of nursing students was negatively correlated with overall level of relationships (P〈0.01),four dimensions of interpersonal can be used to predict self- efficacy, organizational style, social skills, fami- ly cohesion, social resources and psychological resilience scores, the ex- plained rate was respectively 17. 7%,20. 6 %,24. 8%, 19. 3%,23. 4% and 36.1%. Conclusion:Good interpersonal of nursing students can reflect their own higher level of psychological resilience, and nursing students should pay more attention to cultivate good relationships in the teaching process and before practice.
