椎体压缩性骨折椎体成形术疗效观察

目的:探讨椎体成形术对椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:对2008年10月～2009年5月在我院就诊的75例患椎体压缩性骨折的患者进行椎体成形术治疗,术后进行手术疗效评价,VAS评分,Cobb角统计,手术并发症统计流行性感冒及有发热症状的儿童使用尼美舒利分散片与布洛芬混悬液进行治疗,监测用药前,及用药后0.5小时(小时),1小时,4小时,6小时,10小时体温变化及不良反应次数和程度。结果:手术疗效评价,其中优者61例,良9例,差5例,优良率(%)为81.33%,患者疼痛明显轻于术前,Cobb角显著低于术前且差异有统计学意义。椎体成形术以术中并发症为主,其中骨水泥渗漏占大多数。结论:椎体成形术对椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效好。

Vertebral Compression Fracture Vertebroplasty Efficacy Observed

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of vertebroplasty surgery of vertebral compression fractures.Methods:2008-10 to 2009-5 75 cases in our hospital suffering from vertebral compression fractures in patients with vertebroplasty in the treatment of postoperative surgical efficacy evaluation,VAS score,Cobb angle,statistics,surgical complications and Statistics influenza and fever children nimesulide dispersible tablets and ibuprofen suspension for treatment monitoring before treatment and after treatment,0.5 hours(h),1h,4h,6h,10h body temperature and adverse reaction times and extent.Results:The surgical treatment evaluation,the results were excellent in 61 cases,good in 9 cases and poor in 5 cases,good rate(%) 81.33%,pain in patients with significantly lighter than the preoperative Cobb angle was significantly lower than the preoperative and the difference was statistically significant.Vertebroplasty main intraoperative complications,including leakage of bone cement majority.Conclusion:Vertebroplasty could have the clinical efficacy of vertebral compression fractures.
