| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗卫生工作和医疗制度改革的纵深推进,宁夏乡镇卫生院受人才奇缺、资金不足、文化卫生事业发展滞后等诸多因素影响,和全国乡镇卫生院的水平差距进一步拉大,因此,如何加快发展我区乡镇卫生院的发展,应引起相关部门的高度重视。
