碘酸钾碘盐质量稳定性的研究

摘    要:目的观察生产、销售、贮存中碘酸钾碘盐质量稳定性。方法按设计要求在青海省3个碘盐生产厂,西宁和格尔木市碘盐批发部、零售商店、居民户,在生产线上或用LQAS抽样法采样,调查生产、销售、食用前和贮存过程中碘损失率及加工质量监测,采用国家标准方法取样和测样品碘含量。结果①各盐厂碘盐生产平均碘损失率分别为17.31%、24.43%、38.91%,碘盐损失率分别为29.76%、22.64%、35.35%。②连续监测20批生产碘盐,各厂生产质量稳定性存在明显的差别。③出厂、批发、零售、居民户及实验室存放2年样品碘含量均值之间差异无统计学意义。结论各盐厂在生产过程中碘剂和产量均有不同程度的损失,影响碘盐产量和质量稳定性。碘酸钾碘盐性质稳定,出厂碘含量合格,居民不需要特殊保存就能保证食用碘盐的合格。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the quality stability of iodine in KIO3-iodized salts during production,sales and storage.METHODS According to design requirements,collected samples from 3 iodized salt production plants in Qinghai,iodized salt wholesale department,retail store and household in Xining or Geermu City and on production line or lot quality asurance sampling(LQAS),respectively.Studied loss percentage and quality of iodine processing during production and sale before consumption and in storing process.Used the national standards method to sample and measured iodine content.RESULTS ① Average loss percentage iodine were 17.31%,24.43% and 38.91% in various saltworks,respectively.Percentage loss of iodized salts were 29.76%,22.64% and 35.35%,respectively.② There were obvious differences in quality of iodized salt in the stability among 20-batch of production iodized salt from various production plants.③ The means of iodine content were not different in leaving the plant,the wholesale,the retail sales,the civilian’s house and the 2-year sample in laboratory.CONCLUSION The varying degree loss is found in the production process in various saltworks,affecting the stability of yield and quality of iodized salt.The chemical quality of KIO3-iodized salts is quite stable.The iodine content of iodized salt when leaving the plant is qualified.The residents do not need to preserve the edible iodized salt specially.
