基质金属蛋白酶在大肠癌中的表达及预后

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)在大肠癌中的表达及与患者预后的关系。方法应用SP免疫组织化学法检测MMP-9在120例原发性大肠癌患者中的表达。结果 MMP-9在大肠癌患者中的阳性表达率为46.7%(56/120);MMP-9的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移有关(P﹤0.05),有淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P=0.002),且随着Dukes’分期的加深,MMP-9的阳性表达率逐渐增高;MMP-9的表达与大肠癌患者的生存时间有关(P﹤0.05),MMP-9阳性表达的患者预后较差。结论 MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移和生存时间有关。MMP-9可能为影响大肠癌患者预后的一个重要因素。

Expression of MMP-9 protein associated with prognosis in colorectal carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP-9 and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma(CRC).METHODS The expression of MMP-9 in 120 colorectal carcinoma specimens was detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase immunohistochemical technique.RESULTS The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in CRC was 46.7%(56/120),the positive expression rate of MMP-9 in CRC was significantly associated with lymph nodes metastasis(P﹤0.05).The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in CRC with lymph nodes metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph nodes metastasis(P = 0.002);the positive expression rate of MMP-9 was gradually increasing when Dukes’ stage deepened.MMP-9 expression was correlated to survival time of CRC cases(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION MMP-9 expression in CRC is associated with lymph nodes metastasis and survival time of CEC cases.MMP-9 is a prognostic factor of CRC probably.
