郑州市市级医院医生生命质量状况研究

目的]探讨影响医生生命质量的因素,并采取措施改善其生命质量。方法]采用SF-36健康状况简式调查表,从郑州市9家市级医院随机抽取515名医生进行个人基本情况和生命质量方面的调查。结果]医生生命质量评分与医生的年龄、学历、婚姻状况、月收入、饮食情况和体育锻炼有关;饮食情况、体育锻炼、年龄、最高学历、婚姻状况和月收入是影响医生生命质量3项指标或个别指标的主要因素。结论]医院方面应认清影响医生生命质量的因素,采取干预措施使其改善。

RESEARCH ON DOCTORS’ QUALITY OF LIFE OF MUNICIPAL HOSPITALS IN ZHENGZHOU

Objective]To investigate the influencing factors and take measure to improve the doctors’ quality of life.Methods]A questionnaire survey including personal information and SF-36 was conducted among 515 doctors selected by sampling in 9 municipal hospitals in Zhengzhou.Results]Scores of doctors’ quality of life were related with several of dimensions,such as age,education,marital status,monthly income,diet and physical exercise.Diet,physical exercise,age,education,Marital status and monthly income were main influencing factors on doctors’ quality of life.Conclusion]Management of hospital should realize the influencing factors on doctors’ quality of life,and take steps to improve doctors’ quality of life.
