临床检验标本的正确采集及错误分析

目的:了解标本不合格原因和正确采集方法,对提高检验结果的质量是至关重要的。方法:对2010年7～11月所收到我院住院病人的检验标本进行回顾性分析。结果:血液标本31557份,不合格标本886份,占2.81%;尿液标本770份,不合格标本36份,占4.68%;粪便标本755份,不合格标本41份,占5.43%;胸腹水、脑脊液标本279份,不合格标本7份,占2.51%。结论:要取得准确可靠的检验结果,检验标本的采集至关重要。标本采集的合格率直接影响到检验结果的准确性,这就要加强对医护人员的专业培训,从而提高检验结果的质量。

Objective:To understand the unqualified reason of specimen and a exactitude collects method,it is very important to enhance the quality of result with inspection.Methods:Carry on retrospective analysis to the examination specimen of inpatient in my hospital received from July to November in 2007.Results:The blood specimen is 31557,the unqualified specimen is 886,account for 2.81%;the urine specimen is 770,the unqualified specimen is 36,account for 4.68%;the dejection specimen is 755,the unqualified specimen is 41,account for 5.43%;hydrothorax and ascites and CSF specimen is 279,the unqualified specimen is 7,account for 2.51%.Conclusion:In order to obtain an accurate and dependable result of examination,the collects of examining specimen is very important.Passing percent of specimen collection takes direct influence to veracity of examination results.It requests to strengthen the professional training toward staff,to raising quality of examining results.
