亚催眠量丙泊酚对腰硬联合麻醉下妇科手术术后恶心呕吐的预防作用研究

[目的]探讨亚催眠量丙泊酚对腰硬联合麻醉下行妇科手术患者术后恶心呕吐的作用。[方法]60例ASAI～II级择期妇科手术患者,行腰硬联合麻醉,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组在关腹膜时静脉注入生理盐水2ml,实验组在关腹膜时静脉注入丙泊酚0.4mg/kg。观察手术结束后24h内两组患者恶心呕吐的发生率。[结果]实验组在手术结束后24h内恶心发生率为60%,明显低于对照组(73%)(P﹤0.05),实验组呕吐发生率(47%)明显低于对照组(67%)(P﹤0.05)。[结论]亚催眠量丙泊酚可以降低妇科手术术后恶心呕吐的发生率。

EFFICACY OF SUBHYPNOTIC DOSE OF PROPOFOL IN PREVENTING POSTOPERATIVE NAUSEA AND VOMITING(PONV)IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING SPINAL-EPIDURAL ANESTHESIA FOR GYNECOLOGICAL SURGERIES

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of subhypnotic dose of propofol in preventing PONV in patients undergoing spinal epidural anesthesia for gynecological operations.[Methods]60 ASA grade I-II patients,undergoing spinal-epidural anesthesia for gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,including propofol group and control group.0.4 mg/kg propofol was administrated intravenously at the end of surgery in propofol group,and 2 ml saline was administrated as placebo in control group.Incidence of PONV was recorded within the 24 hours after surgery.[Results]Incidence of nausea in the propofol group was reduced and was significantly less than that in the control group(60% vs.73%,P﹤ 0.05).Incidence of vomiting in the propofol group was 47% and was significantly lower than that in the control group(67%).[Conclusion]Subhypnotic dose of propofol reduced the incidence of PONV.
