摘 要: | [目的]探讨冠心病患者超敏-C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素水平变化的相关性。[方法]对56例冠心病患者组和46例健康对照组分别采用高效液相色谱分析法和放射免疫分析法,测定血浆中同型半胱氨酸水平和内皮素水平,同时测定血清中超敏-C反应蛋白含量。[结果]冠心病组超敏-C反应蛋白(9.70±2.37)mg/L、同型半胱氨酸(20.82±6.61)μmol/L、内皮素(83.51±14.47)ng/L,明显高于对照组超敏-C反应蛋白(0.96±0.44)mg/L、同型半胱氨酸(9.35±2.60)μmol/L、内皮素(48.57±15.64)ng/L(P均﹤0.001),超敏-C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸与内皮素呈正相关(r=0.731,P﹤0.01;r=0.532,P﹤0.01)。[结论冠心病患者超敏-C反应蛋白含量、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素水平显著增高,可能与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有关。

Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the role and correlation in changes of the content of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and homocysteine(Hcy),endothelin(ET)in patients with coronary atherosclerosis.[Methods]Hcy,ET and hsCRP of 56 cases with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 46 normal persons as controls were detected respectively by high-performance liquid chromatography and radioimmunoassay.[Results]In CHD patients,the level of hsCRP(9.70±2.37)mg/L Hcy(20.82±6.61)μmol/L,ET(83.51±14.47)ng/L were significantly higher than those of controls(0.96±0.44)mg/L,(9.35±2.60)μmol/L,48.57±15.64ng/L(P﹤0.001).There was a positive correlation between Hcy and hsCRP,Hcy and ET(r = 0.731,0.532,P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]The levels of hsCRP and Hcy and ET in the patients with coronary heart disease are significantly increased.Hcy,hsCRP and ET may play a part in the development and growth of coronary atherosclerosis. |
