石家庄市2007~2009年监测点居民死亡原因分析

摘    要:目的了解石家庄市居民死亡水平及主要死因,为制定预防对策提供科学依据。方法综合某市5个监测点上报的居民死亡资料,按照居民病伤死因归类和国际疾病分类(ICD-10)编码分类后,输入Death Reg2002、SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果监测点居民年均粗死亡率为361.20/10万,标化死亡率320.94/10万;男性年均粗死亡率444.21/10万,标化死亡率409.72/10万,女性粗死亡率268.34/10万,标化死亡率235.73/10万。男性死亡率高于女性,是女性的1.66倍。循环系统疾病居全死因首位,年均死亡率142.37/10万。结论循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒是威胁该市监测点居民健康的主要原因,治理环境,加强社会人群的健康教育是当务之急。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the death level and main death causes in the diseases surveillance system of Shijiazhuang and further provide scientific basis of the development of prevention for government.METHODS Surveillance data from 5 surveillance sites were collected,and then went through the process of data entry,auditing,summary and classification according to ICD-10 system and statistical analysis by’Death Medicine Register System’ and SPSS.RESULTS General mortality was 361.20/100 000,standardized mortality was 320.94/100 000;The averaged death rate of men was 444.21/100 000,standardized mortality was 409.72/100 000,and the averaged death rate of women was 268.34/100 000,standardized mortality was 235.73/100 000.Male mortality was 1.66 times higher than the women.Circulatory diseases ranked first in all causes of death,the annual mortality was 142.37/100 000.CONCLUSION Circulatory disease,cancer,injury and poisoning are the major threats to the population of surveillance sites.Better governing the environment and strengthening health education are the urgent tasks for us.
