血清hs-CRP在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的价值

摘    要:[目的]通过对血清超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的检测评价其在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的价值。[方法]对2009年10月~2011年2月某院收治的细菌感染新生儿108例,病毒感染新生儿68例,非感染性疾病新生儿35例,在治疗前后分别检测患儿血清hs-CRP水平和全血白细胞(WBC)计数。[结果]细菌感染组血清hs-CRP水平和全血WBC计数均显著高于病毒感染组和非感染组(P﹤0.05);病毒感染组与非感染组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);细菌感染组血清hs-CRP水平敏感度高于全血WBC计数(P﹤0.05);细菌感染组治疗后血清hs-CRP水平和全血WBC计数及两者异常率均较治疗前显著降低(P﹤0.05)。[结论血清hs-CRP水平和全血WBC计数可作为早期诊断新生儿细菌感染性疾病的监测指标,且血清hs-CRP水平在诊断新生儿细菌感染的敏感度更高。

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the value of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infections by detecting the serum levels of hs-CRP.[Methods]The serum levels of hs-CRP and the count of white blood cell(WBC)were detected around treatment for 108 cases of neonatal bacterial infection,68 cases of neonatal viral infection and 35 cases of neonatal non-infectious diseases in the period from October 2009 to February 2011 in our hospitals.[Results]Compared to viral infected group and non-infected group,the serum levels of hs-CRP and the count of WBC of bacterial infected group were significantly higher(P﹤0.05),but the differences between virus infected group and non-infected group were not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP were more sensitive than the count of WBC in the diagnosis of bacterial infected group.After treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP and the count of WBC,and both abnormality rate of bacterial infected group were significantly reduced than before(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The serum levels of hs-CRP and the count of WBC can be used as monitoring indicators in early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infective diseases,and the serum levels of hs-CRP have higher sensitivity in diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infective diseases.
