脑心通胶囊治疗后循环缺血眩晕300例疗效观察

目的分析脑心通胶囊治疗后循环缺血(PCI)眩晕的临床疗效及价值。方法回顾性分析某院1999年1月~2010年12月期间诊断为PCI患者300例,其中脑心通治疗患者197例(脑心通组),氟桂利嗪治疗患者103例(氟桂利嗪组),分析用药前后血液流变学指标、血脂指标变化,药物不良反应,临床治疗效果。结果 (1)血液流变学指标:两组患者治疗前后指标均明显改善(P﹤0.05);治疗后检测结果比较,脑心通组患者与氟桂利嗪组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。(2)血脂检测结果 :两组患者治疗前后脂粘度明显改善(P﹤0.05);治疗后结果比较,脑心通组患者与氟桂利嗪组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况脑心通组临床治愈率34.01%、总有效率91.37%,氟桂利嗪组患者治愈率17.48%、总有效率32.04%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不良反发生率脑心通组为7.11%,氟桂利嗪组为7.77%,比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊治疗后循环缺血眩晕,可改善患者血液流变学指标及血脂指标,明显提高了患者治愈率及治疗总有效率。

Observation on curative effect of Naoxintong Capsule on 300 cases of posterior circulation ischemia and dizziness

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect and value of posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)and dizziness treated with Naoxintong Capsule.METHODS Retrospectively analyzed the 300 cases of PCI patients in our hospital from January 1999 to December 2010,of which 197 cases were Naoxintong Capsule treatment patients(Naoxintong Capsule group),103 cases were Flunarizine treatment patients(Flunarizine group).The hemorheology index,blood fat index change,drug adverse reactions and the clinical treatment effect before and after taking the medicine were analyzed.METHODS(1)The hemorheology index:significantly improved before and after treatment in both two groups(P﹤0.05);from the comparison of the two groups,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).(2)The blood fat index:viscosities of the two groups significantly improved(P﹤0.05);from the comparison of the treatment results,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).(3)The curative effect and adverse reactions:in the Naoxintong Capsule group,the cure rate was 34.01%,the total effective rate was 91.37%.In the Flunarizine group,the cure rate was 17.48%,the total effective rate was 32.04%,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05.The adverse reactions rate of the Naoxintong Capsule group was 7.11%,which in the Flunarizine group was 7.77%,there was no significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Treating the PCI dizziness with Naoxintong Capsule can improve the patients’ hemorheology index and blood fat index,obviously increase the cure rate and total effective rate.
