珠海市8～10岁儿童碘营养状况分析

[目的]了解珠海市8～10岁儿童碘营养状况,为制定碘缺乏病防治策略提供基础数据。[方法]以县(区)为单位,按"东、西、南、北、中"5方位抽取随机抽取5所小学;在所抽取小学各随机抽检20名8～10岁儿童尿样,用砷铈催化分光光度法检测其尿碘浓度。[结果]各监测区8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数为200.43～237.81μg/L,50μg/L以下所占比例为1%～3%。全市8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数213.05μg/L,50μg/L以下所占比例为1.67%。[结论]珠海市8～10岁儿童碘营养状态略超过适宜量,处于可接受水平。

ANALYSIS ON STATUS OF IODINE NUTRITION OF CHILDREN AGED 8-10 IN ZHUHAI

[Objective]To know iodine nutrition status of children aged 8-10 in Zhuhai,so as to provide basic data for drawing up iodine deficiency disorders control strategies.[Methods]Five primary schools were randomly sampled according to the’East,west,south,north and middle’five position from every county(district),where 20 children were randomly selected with urine sampled.The urine samples were detected with arsenic and cerium catalyst spectrophotometric method.[Results]Median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 in counties varied from 200.43μg/L to 237.81μg/L,and children with urinary iodine concentration lower than 50μg/L accounted for 1% to 3% of the corresponding total samples from each county.Overall,median urinary iodine concentration of Zhuhai children aged 8-10,of which 1.67% had the urinary iodine concentration lower than 50μg/L,and was up to 213.05μg/L.[Conclusion]Urinary iodine concentration of Zhuhai children aged 8-10 had met the national standard for iodine deficiency disorders elimination.Iodine nutrition status of Zhuhai children aged 8-10 was at an acceptable level.
