北京市农村青少年健康危险行为多发特点分析

[目的]了解北京市农村青少年健康危险行为的多发特点。[方法]按照分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市农村7所初中、高中、中等职业技术学校的1607名学生进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]12.2%学生无任何健康危险行为,男生、中等职业学校学生健康危险行为多发现象比较突出。初、高中学生自杀意念、骑车违规等伤害相关行为发生率较高;中等职业学校学生吸烟、饮酒等成瘾行为的发生率较高。[结论]青少年健康危险行为多发现象比较突出,应针对行为多发特点开展综合性行为干预。

ANALYSIS ON THE CO-OCCURRENCE OF HEALTH RISK BEHAVIORS AMONG RURAL ADOLESCENTS IN BEIJING

[Objective]To determine the characteristics of co-occurrence of major health risk behaviors.[Methods]1607 students from 7 middle schools,high schools and vocational schools were selected by using a stratified cluster random sampling method and the prevalence of multiple health risk behaviors from students were investigated by using anonymous questionnaire.[Results]The rate of students without any health risk behaviors was 12.2%,male students and secondary vocational school students were more likely to engage in multiple health-risk behaviors at the same time.Suicidal ideation and riding illegal had the higher incidence of injury-related behaviors among Junior high school students and high school students;Smoking and drinking had high incidence among Secondary vocational school students.[Conclusion]The results suggested that multiple adolescent health risk behaviors are quite prominent should be characterized for multiple acts of sexual conduct comprehensive intervention.
