体质指数与高血压、高血糖及心电图异常的关系

目的分析健康体检人群体质指数(BMI)的分布状况及与高血压、糖尿病和心血管疾病的关系。方法从2006～2008年在某院健康体检资料中,抽取20岁以上完成全部项目检查并且资料完整的17402例,分析BMI分布以及与高血压、糖尿病和心血管疾病的关系。结果健康体检人群肥胖者占11.0%,超重者占36.4%,正常体重者占48.6%,体重过低者占4.0%。男性BMI超重和肥胖检出率显著高于女性(P﹤0.01);男性BMI最高峰在40～55岁年龄段;女性BMI最高峰在50岁以上年龄段;男女性均随着年龄的增加BMI呈增高趋势,高血压、高血糖和心电图异常的检出率也随着BMI的增高而升高。BMI分布与相应高血压(r=0.981,P﹤0.01)、高血糖(r=0.972,P﹤0.01)和心电图异常(r=0.949,P﹤0.01)检出率之间存在等级相关。结论 BMI与高血压、高血糖和心电图异常密切相关。

Analysis of the relation of body mass index with hypertension,hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distributions of BMI of health examination adults and analyze the relationship with the detectable rate of hypertension,hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality.METHODS Total 17 402 samples of the adults above 20-year-old with complete checkup data from 2006 to 2008 were selected,the relationships between the age/sex/BMI to hypertension/hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality were analyzed according to different age and BMI groups.RESULTS The prevalence of obesity and overweight was 11.0% and 36.4% respectively,the normal and low-weight was 48.6% and 4.0%.The detection rate of obesity and overweight in male was higher than in female with significance(P﹤0.01).The highest BMI in male and in female was in 40-50 years group and above 50 years group.The BMI was higher with increase of age,and higher BMI accompanied with the higher of hypertension and hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality respectively.There was a high linear correlation between the distribution of BMI and corresponding detectable rate of hypertension(r = 0.981,P﹤0.01),hyperglycemia(r = 0.972,P﹤0.01)and electrocardiographic(r = 0.949,P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION BMI is closely related with hypertension and hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality.
