摘    要:[目的]探讨骨桥蛋白与血管内皮生长因子-C在Ⅰa~Ⅱa期宫颈癌中的表达与病理特征的关系及在宫颈癌淋巴结转移中的作用。[方法]运用S-P法检测44例Ⅰa~Ⅱa期宫颈癌组织中骨桥蛋白、血管内皮生长因子-C的水平。[结果]①宫颈癌组织中骨桥蛋白及血管内皮生长因子-C的阳性表达率均高于正常宫颈组织,均与临床分期有关。②骨桥蛋白的表达在小于或等于1个淋巴结转移患者与大于1个淋巴结转移患者比较,差异有统计学意义。③骨桥蛋白与血管内皮生长因子-C在宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关。[结论]骨桥蛋白、血管内皮生长因子-C在宫颈癌中呈阳性表达。二者的阳性表达均与临床分期有关。联合检测可作为筛选宫颈癌高危患者的手段之一。检测宫颈癌组织骨桥蛋白表达可为预测盆腔淋巴结转移提供帮助。

EXPRESSION OF OPN AND VEGF-C IN EARLY STAGE OF CERVICAL CARCINOMA

Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the expression level of Osteopontin(OPN)and Vascular endothelial growth factors-C(VEGF-C)in stageⅠa-Ⅱa cervical carcinoma and to study the pathological characteristics,and explore the contribution to lympho-metastasis.[Methods]The expressions of OPN and VEGF-C were detected in 44 samples of cervical carcinoma with stageⅠa~Ⅱa by using S-P method(streptavidin-perosidase,SP).[Results]① The OPN and VEGF-C positive expression rates were higher than normal cervical tissue,and were associated with clinical stage.② OPN expression in patients with less than or equal one positive lymphonode was different from others with more than one positive lymphonodes.③ The expression rates of OPN and VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma had direct correlation.[Conclusion]The expression rates of OPN and VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma are high and had significant differences in clinical stages.The co-detection of OPN and VEGF-C may be a reliable way for screening high risk patients with in cervical carcinoma patients.The expression of OPN may be helpful to predicte lympho-metstasis.
