| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨葛根素治疗肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将84例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.5%,对照组总有效率71.4%,经统计学处理两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论葛根素可提高治疗肺心病心力衰竭的疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the clinical effects of puerarin in treating chronic cardiopulmonary disease with heart failure.[Methods]Eighty-four patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease and heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and both given conventional treatment.Puerarin was added to the treatment group.[Results]The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.5%,while the control group 71.4%.The difference was significant between the two groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]There is an obvious therapeutic effect of puerarin in treating chronic cardiopulmonary disease with heart failure. |
