| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲状腺手术中并发甲状旁腺损伤的原因和预防方法。方法:回顾性分析哈尔滨医科大学附属第五医院2005年4月～2009年1月744例甲状腺手术的临床资料。结果:744例甲状腺手术中,发生暂时性甲状旁腺功能减退11例,大部分患者在术后4天～2周功能恢复,少部分在4～6周功能恢复正常,1例永久性甲状旁腺功能减退。结论:采用原位法被膜内甲状腺切除和甲状腺下动脉分支结扎可以预防甲状旁腺的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:Complicated thyroid surgery parathyroid injury causes and prevention.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in April 2005-2009 744 cases of thyroid surgery in January of clinical data.Results:744 cases of thyroid surgery,temporary hypoparathyroidism occurred in 11 cases,1 case of permanent hypoparathyroidism.11 cases of transient hypoparathyroidism occurred in patients,most patients 4 days to 2 weeks after functional recovery,a small number of features in the 4 to 6 weeks to resume normal.Conclusions:In situ method is membrane thyroidectomy and thyroid artery branch ligation can prevent parathyroid damage. |
