标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤84例临床分析

目的:观察探讨标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2009年3月～2011年3月168例重型颅脑损伤的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各84例,观察组采用标准大骨瓣减压术治疗,对照组采用常规骨瓣开颅术治疗,观察比较2组治疗效果。结果:2组GCS评分及预后情况比较差异显著,观察组GCS评分及预后改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效显著,明显优于常规骨瓣开颅术治疗,能有效改善临床症状,减少致残率及死亡率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Standard Large Bone Flap Craniotomy in Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury: Clinical Analysis of 84 cases

Objective:To observe the standard large craniotomy in treatment of severe brain injury,summarize its clinical application value.Methods:In our hospital from 2009 March to 2011 March,168 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,84 cases each,the observation group was treated with standard large trauma craniectomy in treatment,the control group using conventional craniotomy were compared between the two groups,treatment effect.Results:The two groups of GCS grading and prognosis of significant between GCS score and prognosis,the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Standard large bone flap craniotomy in treatment of severe head injury in clinical curative effect,is obviously superior to the conventional bone flap craniotomy in treatment,could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce morbidity and mortality,which has important value in clinical application.
