续观康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能和生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨续观康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能和生活质量的影响。[方法]将100例脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各50例,两组均接受神经内科常规治疗护理,干预组同时给予续观康复护理。分别在干预前和干预6周后,测量患者的运动功能和生活质量。[结果]干预组患者FMA得分、BI得分及SIS得分显著高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]续观康复护理能够促进脑卒中患者运动功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。

EFFECTS OF INTERVENTION OF A CONTINUOUS REHABILITATION NURSING FOR MOTOR FUNCTION AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN STROKE PATIENTS

[Objective]To explore the effects of intervention of a continuous rehabilitation nursing for the motor function and the quality of life in stroke patients.[Methods]100 stroke patients were randomly assigned into the intervention group and the control group(50cases for each group).All the patients received the routine neurologic medical therapy and the routine care.The patients in the intervention group also received a intervention of continuous observation rehabilitation nursing.Data were collected when the patients were randomly assigned into the intervention and control groups(the first evaluation).6 weeks follow-up period was taken after intervention(the second evaluation),and the motor function(FMA),the ability of daily living(BI)and the quality of life(SIS)were recorded.[Results]The scores of Fugl-meyer Motor Assessment Scale,Bathel Index,and Stroke impact scale in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]The continuous observation rehabilitation nursing could promote the motor function of stroke patients to recover and improve the quality of life.
