| 摘 要： | [目的]了解延平区肾综合征出血热发病及鼠间感染情况。[方法]对当年病例均作个案调查,采用笼日法捕鼠作密度及鼠间感染调查。[结果]临床或实验室病例15例,发病率为3.05/10万,鼠密度为9.84%,抗体阳性率9.68%。[结论]延平区肾综合征出血热主要宿主动物及传染源仍是褐家鼠。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the incidence of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS)and the infection in rodents in our region.[Methods]Case investigation was taken,and the density and infection were analyzed by catching rodents with cage.[Results]Among 15 clinical or laboratory cases,the incidence rate,density,and antibody positive rate were 30.5 per million,the density was 9.84%,and the positive rate of antibody was 9.68%,respectively.[Conclusion]The main animal reservoir and the source of infection of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS)in Yanping is still Rattus norvegicus. |
