肝炎门诊病人乙肝相关知识调查

目的]了解肝炎门诊病人对乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)相关知识的掌握情况,指导医护人员给予病人正确的健康教育,避免病人从其他途径获得一些错误的认识,对乙肝预防有积极意义。方法]采用问卷调查对300名门诊病人进行乙肝传染源和传播途径、乙肝疫苗的认知情况、知识获得途径等调查。结果]300人中有半数以上掌握乙肝传染源和传播途径;62.3%的病人错误地认为经口是感染乙肝病毒的主要途经;半数以上的病人不了解乙肝疫苗接种的程序及需要加强接种的时间。病人获得乙肝知识来源于多种途经,其中电视广播占50.3%,报刊杂志占35.3%,医务人员14.3%等。结论]肝炎门诊病人对乙肝相关知识掌握情况存在不足及偏差,应采取针对性的健康宣教,提高病人的防护意识,从而降低乙肝感染率。

INVESTIGATION ON THE RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE OF HEPATITIS B IN CLINICS

Objective]To get the message that outpatients with Hepatitis B master relevant knowledge and guide health care workers to give outpatients with Hepatitis B correct health education.Methods]By questionnaires,the knowledge about the Hepatitis B infection sources,the cognition of Hepatitis B vaccine and the way of obtaining knowledge were surveyed among 300 outpatients.Results]More than half of the 300 outpatients mastered the knowledge of Hepatitis B infection sources and route of transmission,187 of the 300 outpatients thought that infection by mouth was a main gateway.More than half of the 300 outpatients did not understand the program of Hepatitis B vaccine inoculation and the time of booster inoculation.The source of knowledge among outpatients was variable.Television broadcast accounted for 50.3%,journalism and magazine accounted for 35.3%,and health care workers accounted for 14.3%.Conclusion]Outpatients with Hepatitis B mastered the less knowledge about Hepatitis B,and we should improve the health education for outpatients with Hepatitis B and decrease the rate of Hepatitis B infection.
