| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽(BNP)是一种由心室合成和释放的神经激素,受室壁张力的影响。心力衰竭、心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛均可引起BNP升高,其升高水平与左心室功能受损程度有关。BNP在心力衰竭的诊断、疗效和预后判断中的价值已得到认可,近期许多研究表明BNP水平对急性冠状动脉综合征患者也有危险分层意义。此外,脑钠肽在心电生理、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病中也有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | BNP(B-type natriuretic peptide)is a kind of neurohormones which is synthesized and released from ventricular depending on the ventricular wall tension effect.The elevated BNP can be caused by heart failure,myocardial infarction,unstable angina,and its elevated levels is related to the degree of the impaired left ventricular function.The diagnosis,treatment outcome and prognostic value of BNP in the heart failure have been recognized.Many recent studies showed that BNP level also has significance of the risk stratification in ACS patients,In addition,BNP also has a positive role in cardiac electrophysiology,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and diabetes mellitus. |
