Abstract: | Radiofrequency catheter ablation for infraatrial reentrant tachycardia has not been previously reported. This article describes a patient with a demonstrable area of slowed conduction in ihe lateral right atrium that responded to radiofrequency catheter ablation in the area of the fractionated eiectrogram ivith elimination of the tachycardia. This patient also had the common form of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia, which was also successfully ablated. |
