| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨玻璃体切割术病人围手术期抑郁状态及相关因素。方法:对92例玻璃体切割术病人采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)进行检测、辅以自行设计的影响因素,进行相关因素调查。结果:49.7%玻璃体切割术病人存在抑郁心理;抑郁与担心预后、达不到理想的效果、怀疑医生的技术、家庭经济状况、担心事业受影响、婚姻关系等因素相关。结论:护理人员应加强玻璃体切割术病人的心理护理根据各种影响因素,进行正确的心理引导和干预,从而更好地配合手术和促进术后康复。

| Abstract: | objective To discuss the depression and its correlative factors in patients under perioperative of vitrectomy. Method 92 patients received vitrectomy were investigated with SDS and self-designed influential factors. Results 49.7% patients underwent vitrectomy occur depression, which correlates with worrying about the prognosis, doubting doctors' skill, family economic conditions and fearing of obstructive career, etc. Conclusion The nurses should strengthen the psychic nursing according to the different correlative factors. The research is objective, quantified, extensive and concise. It can supply a theory for correcting clinical nursing-intervention. |
