| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子P21WAF1、P27KIP1在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的表达情况及意义.方法:采用免疫细胞化学S-P染色法测定骨髓单个核细胞P21WAF1、P27KIP1表达情况,分别观察阳性率及阳性细胞积分.结果:P21WAF1、P27KIP1阳性率及在阳性病例中的阳性细胞积分均低于对照组(P＜0.05),随访部分病例,经诱导化疗达到完全缓解后,两种蛋白有阳转或表达增强现象,治疗前后两种蛋白阳性率及阳性细胞积分均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:P21WAF1、P27KIP1在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病表达减低,可作为其化疗疗效的分子学指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the expression of P21 WAF1 and P27 KIP1 in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and its clinical significance.Methods:The method of immunocytochemistry is used to estimate the expression of P21 WAF1 and P27 KIP1 .Both percentage and intensity of positive cells were counted.Results:The results showed that the positive ratio of P21 WAF1 in ALL samples was 9.1% (2/22) and P27 KIP1 was 50%(11/22).The trends of higher expression of P21 WAF1 and P27 KIP1 were noted in follow-up study on eight patients with ALL.Most of the P27 KIP1 positive cells were pigmented in nucleus in the control group while pigmented in both nucleus and plasma in the studied patients.Conclusion:P21 WAF1 ,P27 KIP1 may be a marker for evaluation of therapeutic effects. |
