| 摘 要： | 目的评价胰岛素泵用于围手术期糖尿病患者强化血糖控制的临床意义。方法将50例需要胰岛素治疗的围手术期糖尿病患者的临床资料，分成多次皮下注射胰岛素（MSII）组和胰岛素泵连续输注胰岛素（CSII）组，进行统计学比较。结果胰岛素泵组血糖达标时间更短，胰岛素用量更少，低血糖发生更少，血糖波动更小。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of insulin pump used in glycemia controlling during perioperation of diabetic patients.Methods Fifty cases of diabetic patients in perioperation who need insulin therapy were enrolled and divided into two groups:continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)group and multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion(MSII)group.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results The time for achieving the target of blood glucose controlling in CSII group was shorter than in MSII group.The average day dosage of insulin and the risk of nocturnal hypoglycemia in CSII group were lower. |
