无偿献血者梅毒筛查的方法学评价

目的]探讨酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）与甲苯胺红试验（TRUST）在梅毒检测中的应用,了解此两种方法用于无偿献血梅毒筛查时的灵敏度和特异性,确认适合于无偿献血筛查。方法]以梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验（TPPA）为检测梅毒的金标准方法,使用常用的梅毒螺旋体感染诊断TRUST、ELISA和TPPA试剂进行检测,评价酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）、和甲苯胺红试验（TRUST）的敏感性和特异性。结果]23 689例无偿献血者共检出梅毒阳性者322例,占1.359%。TRUST的灵敏度和特异性分别为40.62%、99.18%,ELISA法分别为98.45%、99.88%。结论]ELISA作为输血和手术前检测梅毒的一种理想筛查方法,在输血工作中应用可提高输血安全性。

METHODOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF SYPHILIS DETECTION IN SCREENING OF BLOOD DONORS

Objective] To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA and TRUST applied in syphilis detection, so as to identify the optimal method of screening of blood donors. Methods] Taking TPPA as tile golden standard ,nethod of syphilis detection, the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA and TRUST were evaluated. Results] Among the 23689 blood donors, 322 samples were positive with syphilis, the positive rate was 1.359%. The sensitivity and specificity of TRUST were 40.62% and 99.18%, respectively. While the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA respectively were 98.45% and 99.88%. Conclusions] ELISA can be used as an ideal method of syphilis screening before blood transfusion or operation, and it can improve safety of blood transfusion.
